Vanity Text (“Vanity Text,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service operated by Grey Swan Signals LLC (doing business as Vanity Text). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our SMS/MMS text-messaging service (the “Service”).

Your consent to receive messages is obtained when you initiate contact by texting us. We do not sell your information. No mobile information — including your phone number and your opt-in or consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service — most importantly our telecommunications provider (Twilio), which transmits messages on our behalf — and only as needed to deliver the Service. We may disclose information where required by law.
The Service is designed to be low-retention: your phone number and message content are processed to generate a response and are not stored by us in a long-term database. Our messaging provider (Twilio) retains message records as part of transmitting and logging SMS/MMS traffic, subject to its own policies. We retain only limited operational data as necessary to run and secure the Service.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the most recent version.
